Trending @HCL; Quarterly/Yearly Party?

Guys I had this question.. do you guys get those party or fun activity allowance?

In my project no efforts are shown from senior managers for building bonds within team they all seem emotionless, feels like everyone is dead.. I only got chance once thereafter they discontinued the allowance.. now nothing excites me here!
