Stick to agreement, know your kills and time you need. Client always wants to exploit you, for client you are just resource not human.

Haha, it's not that simple. There are many factors we need to consider.

First, the higher-ups don't really care about what's being delivered, and most of the work is done by junior resources.

Second, many people lack the right skills to deliver quality results.

Third, you have to keep the client happy, so you end up saying "yes" to everything, which just piles on more work.
