Trending @HCL; Promotional Query

Is there any provision of giving promotions to techbees in HCL ? Because all the techbees which I have known so far, are at the same designation i.e. Software Engineer. If there is any such provision, then how shall I approach towards it ? Who should be the POC for this ?

Techbee will get promotion if they get top 1-2 ratings for 2 consecutive years… And ur manager needs to recommend it for promotion at 2nd annual while submitting the annual appraisal. Mostly u manager and their leads will decide it…So try to get top ratings and the discuss with ur manager about the promotion…
