Hello Team,
I wanted to share my journey as a TechBee over the past 16 months. Currently, I am working as a NOC Engineer and have just received a score of 10 in my first yearly appraisal, which I’m really excited about!
Given my current position at the E1 band as an Analyst, I would like to inquire about the possibility of being promoted to Senior Analyst (E1.2) at this point in my career.
I appreciate any guidance or insights you can share regarding the promotion process.

Is it??? Because I got an ep in the last 2 years and this is my 3rd so I can ask them to increase the band or it will reflect automatically???
Check with ur RM once… You can ask for promotion…They need to enable that option at annual cycle…As of I know if u got top 2 ratings for 2 consecutive years the u will be promoted…In rare cases u may not if ur manager didn’t want to give promotion. So its better to discuss with your on this…
You will got to know about promotions in the compensation letter…
