Is there any chance for moving from one project to another project, I have 9+ years of experience and in my current project was very toxic environment and having micro management.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Yes! Because that team helps those employees who are on the bench. However, I think they will not give you the option for location, meaning they might randomly assign you to a different location.
Or
You can take a help from your RM and here you have to option to choose the location.
I will suggest go with project to project change instead of Project to bench.
Say them to release you, connect with HR amd L4 Head for escalations. If nothing works decrese your efficiency and u will be automatically on bench.
