Hello ! I am been working as IT support for more than 2 years.. I came as a Tech bee and I need a project change...
Is there any vaccine at your project..
I am little found excel and data analysis..
Take release from the current project and prepare well…Based on ur skills in SPS u will get mails/msgs related to that skill projects.. Also go through demand sheets…Already in bench then update skills properly in SPS and prepare well… Contact SR representatives through e-mail/Teams…
Don’t afraid to take release if ur not interested to work on current project and in-fact u have an advantage as a tech-bee that they can’t remove you…

Yes its in myhcl portal…Send email by adding your manager and HR…They will contact you and ask you about the issue the inform that u want to learn new things…If RM still didn’t respond properly then u can directly reach out to HR partner
