Trending @HCL; Please help me to understand if my CTC package is good or bad

I'm working as a Senior Business Analyst in HCL Tech with almost 9 years experience in Bangalore and my CTC is approximately INR 18 LPA. Could you please guide me if I'm getting less or it's okay? Thanks in advance 🙂. Please put your suggestions and guidance too

As per HCL salary criteria 18 LPA for E2. 1 band is high only. But u r blessed.If you have good relationship with your project no worries you ll get good hikes in future. If you have any second thoughts please search your new ways. Bangalore is a kind of IT Galaxy🌌
