They ask you to return all previous EPB at the time of exit company . Don’t fall for loop holes bro

Before joining company, hr informed that if we are in project we'll get 100% EPB. But after joining i came to know it depends on quarterly appraisal.

Finding Alien is easy rather then to find out how they are calculating EPB.
