I'm put on PIP so if my performance is unsatisfactorily in pip then will I get terminate from company? In that case will I get relieving letter and is it also mention that I terminate because of non performance?

I am sorry to say but HCL is firing people now a day many of my friends having same situation as u have mention even a lot of them has been already terminated.

If your PIP is because of your TP rating few years consecutive, most likely HR will ask you to resign after PIP irrespective of the PIP result, they will not terminate.

Performance is the only reason most likely they will only ask you to resign, no termination. You will receive all the documents, post resign compensation etc same like normal resignation.

Might possible you will get terminated, but you can perform well in trainings to come out of that. If that didnt happen then also all the mentioned document will be provided to you.
