Hi guys

Let me know how to send word or pdf document from hcl email to personal gmail. Only 256 kb is allowed but my document is of around 450kb & after compressing it goes to 400 kb but I’m still unable to send it to my gmail.

Is there another option from where I can get this document on personal gmail or phone or personal laptop

Share it yourself on teams... Login the teams into your personal laptop and download it.

Dirty way - break the PDF into multiple parts.

Open pdf in Chrome, print, save a few pages as PDF.

@EqualTurnover If you have participated in a project, you should have an email ID. With that email ID, you can log in to Teams, download the required file, and save it wherever you prefer.
