I have completed 1.5 years at HCL, but still no annual appraisal has taken place. When I asked my manager, he said that no appraisals have been conducted for any employees at HCL this year, citing the poor performance of the share market. Even though I was given an overall rating of “Distinguished Performance,” the EPB deductions from my salary have not stopped.
There could be issue . I have dp rating and got 100 payout always

I once got 30% payout with 8.7 rating
I raised with my manager and wrote a mail to BPHR
After that I got DP and 100 payout everytime
If you have dependency please raise it with RM
Even Managers are not aware about the process and timeline. HCL postponing appraisal by 1 month every year, last year they released a letter in December with arrese from August. And many employees' salaries didn't change. So don't expect much.
EPB will cut by default if you don't have a rating more than 9 with good client feedback.
