Trending @HCL; Performance Bonus Query

In last year compensation letter, I got Performance Bonus as ~19k and payout period is 1st Apr 2023 - 31st Mar 2024 but I just got PB letter released and I'm getting ~9k with From as 1st Oct 2023 and to as 31st March 2024. Now what happens with my 10k? Do i get it or not? If not then why?
