5 days of paternity leave within 1 year child's birth,
You need to apply for it in lms,
Bfr applying take RM and HR approval.

I took it recently. Firstly you need to update the child details with Birth certificate in the ESS My Profile. Once the data is updated, you can directly apply Paternity leave for 15 Days Max and it cannot be partially applied.

5 days and you have to apply from lms under the section
