Hi all,

Please tell me how many days in HCL tech paternity leave can be taken. My manager is telling 5 days but exactly where I can check and how will I get to know. In itime i could only see that I can leave. But don't know how many days.

Yes it's 5 days and before that add your new born into HCL health policy else you cannot add for 2 more years and you will not get any benifit.apart from that for leave you can apply in LMS
