Trending @HCL; Official update on hike letters
Hope everybody received the update as HCL will start rolling out letters in January. Any guess what is the exact date?

Hi All, ​Could you please provide a proper response? If you do not have an update, please just say NO. It is discouraging to be given false hope regarding compensation letters arriving in February or March or No Changes will come.
​To the HR team: I kindly request that you provide the real current status for me and my fellow HCL employees. We would appreciate full transparency.
