Hii As i heard if we are not going to office for 12day a month.. As it is mandatory... They are terminating employee.... What opinion and any information regarding this.... As i am. Going from this friday.. Will it be ok... And i have informed my RM..

No termination, no impact until your management is happy to provide you wfh. I know lot of folks who don't go office at all..
Recently I am also asked to return to office(banglore). I asked for Noida relocation they said it could not be possible and they give 2-3 week of time for arrangement as my office location is banglore.
It is mandatory for Band 4.1 and above to go to office 12 days in month else it will leads to salary deduction but no termination I believe.
There is no termination they only deduct your leaves or if there is no leave they can cut your salary...
No one will terminate max it will distrub your EPB, ratings.
