Trending @HCL; Notice period query
If I have to serve notice of 90 days. Can I leave the organisation without service notice period or serving for less day? Is there any way?
You can be released early if your RM agree to do so..if you leave early without TM consent you have to pay 3 months salary equivalent to hcl
Talk to them , give buyout amount and get released properly..else your bgv will fail, if you join next organization without proper release and after applying leaves, they will automatically mark your LWD after 2 months..then ur DOJ in next organization will get overlapped for this particular tenure and results in bgv failures in future
They are giving immediate release.
Now these days HCL is leaving employees if no dependency within a month but they are deducting base pay of rest 60 days
Not sure discuss with HR, only they can do all those things.
