Hi all, I need to resign fro HCL and since its not been 1 year completed here and I am on probation period what will be my notice period? Is it 30 days?

Review your offer letter. In my case, no matter about probation, it's 3 months to me.

I resigned with in a week after joining and it is 90 days.

Your notice period will be 90 days, probation period is only for 6 months.
