Trending @HCL; NO sick leaves in HCL

It's unfortunate that we don't have sick or casual leave at HCL. We are still required to work even when we're unwell, and there is no option to work from home for certain projects. How are we supposed to manage with such limited leave? Sometimes, we need to take time off for fkamily emergencies, which makes this culture feel challenging. 😢

My previous manager was an angel. She promptly advised me not to apply if you're taking 1-2 days off. Just fill the timesheet.

Today I wasn't feeling well. I completed my work but couldn't take leave because I had a medical emergency last month and took 8 leaves. Now I have only 6 left. Worst culture!!!!

Worst ever leaves policy in HCL, if you check Company Holiday it's only 7 and Restricted Holidays are 14 from which we can take 4. They don't care about employees only client billing matters. After that what we get is deduction from salary. Managers are just robots here.
