E5 means you are a senior person with 18+ years experience. In this stage of life you should be thinking about alternate sources of income and exit industry. Progress will be stagnant in company untill you will switch it.

What's the salary range (approx) in the E5 band?

I only know folks in the E4 band and can't ask them anonymously 😁

E2/E3 does not seem to have a proper range. Few folks are at 28, few around 34, and few more at 38 to 40 LPA.
