Trending @HCL; No proper release ?

Hi everyone, recently I've heard from one of my colleague that RM doesn't approve the resignation mail and also not ready for a early release . In the 90 days notice period which they make to stay, they're hiring the new resource during the last 40 days . Also , approving the timesheet in a last minute and the same for resignation approval.
In such scenario, how can smoothly handle the transition? Can I let them know that I've an offer in hand ?

It will go to RM. Once you resign, system will trigger the mail with 90 days as default. If your manager agrees, you will be able get early release.

So the resignation mail which I'm sending to RM will trigger the system with default 90days marking my LWD , right?

You are going to submit the resignation through the system. It will trigger the mail to HR, RM.

On ioffboard portal submit your resignation and inform your manager. Or if you want early release better to talk to your manager first then submit resignation on ioffboard. Because in that case if your manager is supportive, he will talk to management for your early release.
