Is it true that there was no increment for E3 and above this year? When i raised this with my RM he told me this.

Haven't heard any such news yet. Again appraisal for this year are far way... Activities will start around October. Be watchful to company's financial results announcement where they such news which happens at mass level. For example, no hike for E4 and above was informed in one such public press conference.
