Trending @HCL; No hike for 22 months even after a great performance

Even though good performance and giving everything to project for 1.10year and got appraisal rating as 10 . Still no hike any better ideas or suggestions?

That's strange... Usually if no hike is decided by upper management then they never give a full rating... Have you checked your appraisal letter in detail??

That is not true , I got the highest rating of DP yet they give zero to 1 percent increment in last 3 years
