For you - Are you regretting or what? You can buy now for them.... Just take a break from work, get together and do it. I believe you're senior now so you can buy coffee for your juniors/freshers, they'll feel good.

For others- If you're a fresher or junior to colleagues, you don't need to worry about it but yeah sometimes you can do, spend something on less things. No-one will think about it.
