I am currently hospitalized however I cannot download the ecard from mediassist . No policy found . How can I resolve this ? Is there any number with whome I can talk to. Its urgent please help.

First of all don't panic and be calm. Call below helpline +91 40 6821 3698 in general and hcl specific mediassist contact +91 120 693 7820

They will ask for your hcl employee id and accordingly will share the ecard

I called them there is no card under my emp id . I had joined three months ago still no card . I sent email as per the escalation matrix .
