Trending @HCL; Need to get release from a project

I’m stuck in this situation I joined this project April after completing T2id but the work and the environment here sucks on monkey balls.My RM assign shifts randomly each week my shift changes when I asked about him he gives me some excuse.I don’t know how to ask for release I don’t like working here can someone help me on this?

Not possible before 18 months of joining any project.

Send a formal mail to your RM and loop to the next level as well. Ask this we are ready to work on shift but at least you can assign the shift for 15 days or 30 days. If he replied fine ow loop his next level with reminders.
