Trending @HCL; Need support from Seniors
Hi folks,
In HCL, i have been working around 2.7 years. But i am not satisfied with my current CTC. Now i have an offer with other organisation. And i have put my paper in HCL. But my managers and RM are approaching me we will give that same offer here, can you continue here.
What is the best decision we can do with this situation?
Can anyone add your points and suggestions
Note : hcl is very comfortable for me, but other organisation base location is Hyderabad.
Leaving HCL might actually be a better option. They tend to value employees more when they return, rather than when they stay. Once your salary structure is set based on your current offer, it’s rare for them to make significant hikes later.
Comfort zone 40-45 k Baad dekha jata hai.
Uske Baad bhi it’s all about mindset. If you’ve got the hunger to learn and grow, no limit can hold you back.

What is the offer? If you can share then i may help or give you idea
They are trying to say we will offer the same salary to you. You can stay here like that that have told. But i am not very sure, when it will be impacting in our salary and i didn’t trusted them.
If you get a good offer, please go for that mare. If manager promises, get written evidence for this one. Don't accept oral one mate
