Trending @HCL; Need suggestions on Switching company
I am working as a React developer (Technical Lead) with 6+ years of experience (3 yrs in HCL). I have started searching for Job from almost half a year. I got rejected/no response mostly because of 3months notice. Even in a company got selected but client rejected because of this. I have also mentioned i will try to negotiate to 2 months but still no use. I need an immediate switch because of financial situation. Please let me know what i can do? If i serve notice without offer then that would be a bigger risk that i will do.
The situation is same for many employees. Asking your RM for an early release is the only thing you can do.
Okay thanks. Unfortunately they won’t i think because i am leading the Front end in this project from starting in HCL. I have already asked many times during performance discussions with my manager for release from project. No use 😵💫
Tell interviewer they will negotiate the notice period, and ask them to give you offer letter, later try to negotiate with HCL showing them offer letter. If they don't agree ask the hiring company to change the joining date, as they also have no choice left apart from amending the joining date, they come up with lot of approval for a offer letter, then no difficulty for you

I had switched 2 times in the past by resigning without an offer letter because of these reasons only. If you think you can crack interviews then take this step and believe me you will get a much better offer during the last 20-15 days. Take calculated risk.
