Trending @HCL; Need suggestion

Hi all I joined hcl as a fresher in February 2024, also they trained during academics(while pursuing Btech) in java backend domain and also they offered e1.2 band and 6 Lpa now I gained some skills and thinking to continue two years what can I expect as annual hike in % even I am upskilling and giving best towards the project work
