Trending @HCL; Need suggestion ?

I joined HCL 3.5 years ago and have been working as a Java developer since then. I've gained experience working with both the ATG and Spring frameworks. I've received DP for three consecutive years, and this year, I was promoted to Lead Engineer. However, the salary hike was negligible.

I joined with a package of 3.5 LPA, and currently, it's 5.5 LPA.

Could anyone please suggest what I should do next in terms of improving my compensation?
