I was working as freelancer along with my full time job, I had some disputes with the part time organisations so I left freelancing work in the middle. Now that HR is stalking my naukri and linkdin profile and downloading my resume. Is there any chance he will report to my full time employer that I was working as freelancer? They haven’t paid me 1 month salary but it’s ok I don’t want to work with them anymore. This organisation is pathetic and unprofessional. How strict is HCL for moonlighting?
