Trending @HCL; Need advice for a job switch
I have 2.5 years of L1 monitoring experience(network & storage) and want to switch to a Cloud Admin role. I’m AZ-104 certified and learning DevOps tools, but I feel overwhelmed and unsure if I’m on the right path because I'm hardly getting any interview calls.
Need advice from where I can learn the actual job task. What key skills should I focus on? Any guidance or resources would help.

In the world of AI, monitoring will be taken care by AI agents. So, in the next 3 years people doing purely L1/L2 have to upskill. Yes, it will be overwhelming but do it no matter the cost. Reason being if one doesn’t upskill, he she will be out of a job. Learn administration and DevOps in conjunction with using AI for the same. If possible learn how to configure AI agents to get the job done. This will be the future.
