Hello All , I am just sharing my tech life experience. I have completed my 3 years . From 3.6 lpa to 5.5 lpa. I am not good in coding but in same project from last couple of years I am working and comfortable. My client also allow 4-5 months WFH. Now I am confused should I need to switch or enjoy my life with my family and maintain healthy. Please share your thoughts
HCL will give you a lot of comfort, if you are stuck in that comfort zone, then you will be stuck there for 20 years...
At your age you should not look for an easy life. You should learn new technologies and give a bunch of interviews demanding 100-150% hike
In my opinion, you still have time to explore various technologies, companies, and growth opportunities—both financially and technically.
I suggest you focus on gaining around 8 or more years of experience in your career before prioritizing stability and comfort. With each switch and new experience, your skills and salary will grow, and eventually, you’ll be in a strong position to settle into a more stable and rewarding role.
