HCLTech is investing millions of dollars in Cricket Australia but fails to address the basic needs of its employees. Despite the hard work of employees who have built the company into a globally recognized brand, they are given minimal appraisals. It's truly disappointing. I deeply regret joining an organization with such a toxic work culture and poor management.
