Trending @HCL; Maternity leave policy?

Hi guys can you please help me accordingly to policy how many months before we should inform to RM about our leave plans is it 1,2 or 3.

I hv a plan to go for leave from Feb month. But I am afraid if I inform now they may change appraisal in letter as it is yet to come and would take whole Nov month.🥺

If I don't inform than they may cancel my leave plans. Please suggest.😐
