Trending @HCL; Mandatory WF office 5 days
Recently due to management decisions and also due to crowd strike outages,employees working for Microsoft project in hyd are being asked to mandatory 5 days work from office, are all projects in HCL Having 3 days or 5 days of wfo ? Also how we can raise voice or reach out to management via any channel so that we can come 3 days ? Its getting hard to come office 5 days , wrt to traffic and other personal issues. Please suggest.
it all depends on ur RM. He could either force you to do wfo with the fear of mngt, or give the hybrid options. This is the whole reason why the upper mngt should hire good RM's/Scrum masters.
See, i kmow its pathetic to come to office when things can be done from home.
I dont know whose idea is this due to blue screen issue we will call everyone to office, those who are in office also faced the same thing.
But there is another side also we are getting salary from client what they give to HCL project and we got our salary from HCL, If Microsoft said this thing then you should go to office.
Yes, it is tough. We are having 5 days WFO! It's not a good experience
I'm doing permanent WFH from last 6 months before Feb, we were doing 5-7 days to office..
Currently out project is having 3 days a week wfo
Already they are planning to have 5 days a week in near future....
Any suggestions or info can be helpful
