Trending @HCL; Manager forcing to come 5 days a week
it's been an year in Hcltech now, i was in a project for 7 months and 3 months on bench, recently i was moved to a new project, and the manager's manager told me to adhere to the guidelines of coming to the office 3 days a week, but my manager is saying come 5 days a week, newcomers have to come 5 days a week.
He himself comes 3 days, evryone in the team comes 3 days a week, but he's asking me to come 5 days, what to do?
Please don't listen to him.
Continue to come 3 days a week, or even choose to come lesser than 3 days.
He literally has no power.
Remember - as long as you are on billing, he can do nothing to you as you are a money minting machine for the company.
