Trending @HCL; Location change request in HCLTech
Hi all,
I have recently joined HCLTech as 'Lead Engineer (E1 band) two weeks ago.
I have been assigned Jigani HCLtech office as joining location.
I am currently reporting from this office but I want to change my location to Pune office.
My RM reports to Noida office, I am tagged in a project but in non-billability currently.
I understand this depends on multiple factors but I want to understand if all is in my favor how much time it might take to happen?
(I have already pinged my RM about it)
Hardly 9-10 days , after approval from your RM & PM .. HR will raise a ticket to change PSA for you from Bangalore to Pune, then HR will initiate RAS for you, so overall 9-10 days it should take
Lead Engineer in E1 band ??
Wait...,
If you got project and had to relocate, you will get relocation allowance
If you change yourself you won't get anything.
One of my friends was with us in Jigani office he went to Chennai. He received this allowance
