Trending @HCL; LOB change

I'm deployed into a DFS project. I want to change it to something related to development projects. If I upskill myself enough, can I change my lob in HCL? If so, how to do? If not, how to approach other companies being an analyst here at HCLTech and applying for software developer roles? Won't they mind it?
