Trending @HCL; Left HCL in June—Still No Annual Bonus! Anyone Else Getting Ghosted?
Hello Friends, just wanted to share my situation. I was working as a Consultant (3.2) when I submitted my resignation on 6th March 2025, with my last working day being 3rd June 2025. Since I was still actively employed during the bonus payout month (May 2025), I should be eligible for the annual performance bonus according to HCL’s policy. However, I haven’t received it either in my May salary or as part of my FnF settlement. I raised two tickets (one in July and the other in August) regarding this, but both were closed with the response: “We have not yet received the Performance Bonus input from HR. Once we get the input, it will be processed in the respective payroll.” At this point, I’m not too hopeful that HCL will actually pay it out, but I’m curious if anyone else is in the same boat.

Yes they would have lowered your ratings in calibration phase and you will not be eligible for bonus. Did you check the final rating before you left the organisation

I guess you shouldn't be in notice period during bonus payout. My previous organisations followed this

It is entirely unethical and unacceptable to alter an employee's performance rating after they have submitted their separation paperwork. This decision devalues the employee's entire tenure and directly causes them to forfeit their accrued performance bonus. The lack of transparency is a major issue: the rating change is not being proactively communicated by HR. Many separated employees have lodged complaints about not receiving their bonus in their Full and Final (F&F) settlement. Crucially, those on a notice period were given the expectation that the bonus would be paid in the F&F, and the rating change was never disclosed. This retroactive change is unfair and must be challenged. We must escalate this matter to senior leadership immediately, as internal complaining will not fix this systemic problem

Than follow up legal proceedings

If policy says your are eligible than send legal notice from lawyer
