Hi , received a mail regarding leave encashment , do I need to raise a request to receive the amount or I don't need to take action to get the cash ?

If you don't do it now, the extra leaves will get automatically encashed in Jan salary. It is possible that Jan salary could be a revised one. Think and apply if you really need the money now

I think I can get them in jan , but will the encash all pending leave like my leave and annual leave ?

If so how much would they pay for 1 leave ?

Only 12 leaves will be carried forward from last year. So out of 18, if you have more than 12 in the current year they will be encashed in Jan salary. Also if the cumulative leave goes beyond 45 after adding new 18 leaves in January 2026, they will also be encashed
