Trending @HCL; Layoffs in HCL
Hi, I'm hearing lot of layoffs in HCL suddenly especially for E3+, I have seen two of my known people are leaving with a short notice, HR asked them to put papers. They are also saying bench period reduced to 45days.
Anyone of you know about this and can you share your experiences if you have any?

I would suggest having skillset developed at level 3 GenAI if you don't want to get replaced with better performing AI agents ...
In next 6 month massive layoff will happen..I am from team which is closely working on AI agents and AI bots

Yes definitely it is happening one of my friend's manager got laid off

Not only in E3, all the grades there are some layoffs happening
