Trending @HCL; Laptop Exchange (Windows to Mac)

I wanted to check how much time it usually takes to get a laptop exchanged (Windows to Mac) after raising the request. Since I’ll be working from home starting the 2nd week of September, I’m hoping that if I raise the request next week, I can get the laptop before I leave. Could anyone let me know about this? And also where exactly to raise the request for this?

Once they issue laptop and if you want replace the laptop you need few approvals If needed you can raise the additional laptop if project needs and it costs billing to client.
