Same here, no hike & promotion from last 3 years

Same here but after 1 year they said they will give hike after 18months and this goes on no proper hike and even if you get 10/10 for annual appraisal no use of it

Thats the case with several folks. I kmow atleast 20+ folks who didn't get any hike in last 3 years despite getting DP or above ratings

Switch the job.. HCL will be like that only. What is your CTC ?
