No ethics in HCL mainly HR policy will change everyday I have been working since 4 years only one appraisal of 2% I got the worst company I have ever seen in my life , I suggested all my friends and family to not to join in HCL even in colleges also I suggest them to avoid HCL for better future

The downfall has started for the company, soon will go into bankruptcy. Praying for it, they will pay for it

Ethics are no more in front of penny.
