
Trending @HCL; Is this my appraisal they are giving
I joined in July 2024 waiting for appraisal someone told in Nov they will announce during their some conference meeting that meeting take place every year in Nov and you will get compensation letter in dec end which is effective from 1st oct 2025 and they will credit your variable pay in Nov or Dec along with 3 months more pay you get from new letter. I received one mail from global rewards which I am sharing is this is the appraisal they are giving to me ? If this is my appraisal then they are fooling us my this quater rating is 85% overall rating exceptional performance. If this is a structure change then how much hike i can expect along with this change and announcement after nov. I have 2 years of relevant experience and 8 months of internship they consider me as a fresher only. How much can I expect they give lot of work but pay nothing. My package is 6 LPA.

I think there is no hike for this year. if they are doing this unwanted pay structure change.

My pmo got this mail in May 2025 because he is in company since more than 6 years he shared in what's app group but I am receiving now because after completing 1 year now I am eligible for appraisal let's see what happens in nob

My monthly epb is 2500 if they give 100% also it won't make any hike for me I get 70 to 85% for epb it won't make any much difference

I have told this multiple times in this forum and to others also,
HCL is only good if you want to do some side hustle...
If you think HCL will pay good ,provide good hike..then you are fooling yourself..
Thoda thoda kaam karo , jyada tension mat lo, minimum jitna kaam ho bus wahi karo... Baaki time kisi aur cheez par focus karo jo acha pay karey

I joined in August 2022. Then I got half variable pay in November 2022, followed by half in April/May. This is how they adjusted it, and I get a yearly variable pay and a hike in October. Yours will also be adjusted in the same way, and you may not get any hike this year because it is given only after completing one year. This means you will start getting the hike from October next year. And because of 85% rating, you get a 3% hike. My rating was 90%, yet I got a 3% hike. Since you are a fresher, you may get a bigger hike.

Gumrah kar rhe h is saal bhi.. is saal bhi hike nhi hogi .. because last year this thing happened in hcl software already and appraisal tha 0% and Hr trying to convince ki in-hand badega and inhone 50% deduct kardiya jiski wajah se total annual in-hand kam hogya...

I don't understand this because the email I received didn't have this reducing variable point like how it is here, even though I have EPB in my CTC, what does it mean, I'll continue to get EPB annually and not get merged with my CTC?

This is merging epb in fix pay annual will be there

Is this applicable for notice period employees?

I will leave the company if they do so
