Trending @HCL; is there any uniform policy for promotion in HCL? I could see many profiles who haven't got promotion 7-8 year where as some within 1-2 yrs

They will give promotion to those who are good at boot licking

I will share my view after this month. It's been 3.5 yrs in hcl now and this month I should get the appraisal letter. Let's wait and watch.
