Invest your years in a good college, preferably IITs or NITs.

There are other colleges as well. Please join them and enjoy a good college life. Learn tech, you can make connections outside as well. Prepare well for a job and hopefully you get placed in a good high paying job 👍🏼

I say this is a good opportunity for those students who are average and want to join IT sector without having any degree, because they know they won't able to crack IIT, NIT or any good college exam and even if they go for best private institutions and after completing 4 years of degree, struggle will be there so better to join this program and if you're lucky, you'll be getting good project, Tech stack and good exposure to project and client.

I am a TechBee and I joined this program as a last hope to become Software Engineer, I was not good enough to get 4 years degree from big institutions and same again I was not rich enough to spend money on big private players. But here I'm pursuing degree from BITS Pilani, I know this is WILP degree but this is also dream for a lot of students, BITS Pilani's name is enough.

After joining TechBee every TechBee say that I could have do better outside in a regular degree but ask them who are pursuing degree from outside and having zero knowledge of Tech.

I am a techbee and worked in hcl for more than 2 years, you gain zero knowledge from online colleges because it is really easy to cheat and pass...but you will learn a lot from being onboarded into a project you will make connections, converse with new people from various domain

If you are good in studies and have a stable financial condition, don't even think about Techbee program

Every option have a two sides. In the same way if you’re financially can make to any college go ahead and join the college and have a proper education and you can crack better opportunities after education. If you are unable to meet the college requirements then it’s best option to join

TechBee is a very good initiative by HCLTECH. Completing 4 years in college with zero practical exposure is equivalent to just 12th pass. TechBee program makes a candidate project ready.

It's a very big gamble. Only if you are extremely lucky to get in a good project and able to work on some real tech, only then I think it's good to get such exposure at such young age. But again it's a very big gamble.

If you're having financial issues or you don't have enough money to do btech then go for techbee but if you are financially stable then pls don't take admission in techbee and there is a reason why I'm telling....after joined HCL as a techbee your maximum starting ctc will be 2.20lpa and if you got highest rating then u will get around 25% hike and if you calculate the same number your CTC will be around 4..4.5lpa after 4 years and if you joined an average college and will apply on HCL careers u will get starting CTC between 5 to.6.5lpa as a fresher.
