Trending @HCL; Is it wise to switch now?

I joined HCLTech a few months back only for a very big client and still the project went on hold.

I can't find any other projects for my skills internally, however many other companies are hiring for the same role with immediate joiners.

I'm on probation period, so If I resign here, will they release me early as I have not worked on anything since I joined here.

I'm getting another offer now, and asked them to match the current CTC only.

I have 6-7 Years of experience.

Immediately get a release from project and join new company. Or else they will play with your career

Ask to increase the CTC, refer them to your current holding CTC and request for Demand.

If it looks worth it, then jump. Since you are not into projects, they may give early release if your request.

Try, Let's hope 🤞
