Trending @HCL; Is HCLTECH management scared of releasing compensation letters thinking about after hikes employees probably drop papers?

Even if they stop the increment forever, 99% of the people still wont leave the Org!

Company has no reason to fear , there are like thousands of other engineers outside to take the jobs if someone drops paper. I’ve been in the industry for 15 plus years , no one is irreplaceable. Company least cares about employees resigning and they can replace them overnight from trainee to ceo.
